Co-Founder
Dave Monte is an energy and utility executive with 33 years of experience in the energy industry and has led natural gas and electric utility companies in the areas of field operations, safety, environmental, engineering, construction, risk and asset management, emergency management, quality management, work planning and scheduling, capital program management, customer operations, labor/employee relations, training, fleet services, warehousing and materials management.
Dave holds an MBA from Franklin University as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Union College.

Craig Richardson is an award-winning sales and account management leader with a 25-year record of success developing and implementing marketing strategic plans, campaign management, and sales team training and development. A networking champion known for relationship building, contract negotiation, and stakeholder communication, he has developed and implemented unique market and product growth strategies, KPI's to track performance and technology integration solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Craig holds an MBA from Otterbein University and a BS in Environmental Education from The Ohio State University.
